Deposit

To secure accommodation at Lake Eucumbene Units a deposit of 20% is payable within 7 days of the booking. The balance is payable one month prior to the stay by either cheque or direct deposit. If the booking is made less than 7 days to the stay, then the entire amount for the booking is due for payment.

Payments

All payments are to be made by direct deposit, cheque or money orders.

Cancellation

All monies paid will be refunded upon cancellation if more than 4 weeks notice is given. If less than 4 weeks notice is given, then the deposit is forfeited and all other monies refunded. No refunds are available for cancellations after the accommodation period has commenced.

 

Nightly Booking Restrictions

Peak Season

During the peak season, there is a minimum 2 night bookings during weekends. Single night reservations will be accepted during the week, if requested less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking.

Off-Peak Season

During the peak season, a minimum 2 night bookings allowed during weekends. Single night reservations will be accepted on weekends with less than 7 days notice. Weekday single night bookings are accepted throughout the off-peak season.

Off-Peak Season School Holidays

A minimum of 2 night bookings are accepted during School Holidays. Single night reservations will be accepted during the school Holidays with less than 7 days notice.
